This position monitors and properly maintains food plant production/processing systems, equipment and utilities for optimal performance.

Develop and maintain a preventative maintenance program
Maintain an organized maintenance shop with critical spare parts inventory
Keep accurate records of maintenance and repairs
Repair/rebuild process equipment including manual and automatic sanitary valves, homogenizers, centrifugal pumps, HP pumps, diaphragm pumps, positive displacement pedestal mounted lobe pumps and gear pumps, high shear mixers, powder blenders and other similar process equipment used in the food industry
